Your Cruise Program Manager will guide you through every phase of planning a cruise event. They will provide you with regular reporting, manage your inventory, liaise with port authorities, help you plan your onboard event schedule and maximize the cost benefit of inclusions on a cruise. They can provide you with quick answers on best practices for planning a cruise event and possible limitations based on experience.
They will create a detailed cruise event operations plan and will work closely with your project team as an extension of your own business. Our Cruise Product Managers have the specialist knowledge to guide you through all of the phases of creating an exceptional cruise event.
Reporting and Inventory Management
Your Cruise Program Manager will provide you with weekly reporting updates on cabins booked/available as well as revenue reports if you are on selling your cruise. They will maintain inventory including loading of inventory by cabin attribution, conduct a weekly audit of bookings and manage all cabins for staff and entertainment. They will send the initial manifest to the cruise line including subsequent amendments to existing bookings, cancellations and new bookings on a regular schedule.
