Our extensive experience ensures you avoid potential pitfalls, and we will help you cut through industry jargon. We will ensure you receive the best pricing, terms, and inclusions on your charter or group contract. Once your contract is signed we will manage important deadlines and act as as extension of your own business.
Professional Cruise Booking Platform Implementation
We will implement a professional cruise booking platform on your website. The booking platform headers, footers and style sheets can easily be customized to provide a seamless online experience. Your personalized cruise booking platform will take bookings in real time, manage cabin attributions and inventory and provide guests with cruise specific booking invoices and confirmations.
Our booking platform is not an event management software made to fit a cruise event but rather it is the leading cruise booking platform in the world with all of the features required to manage cruise specific bookings including all of the fields required by major cruise lines to collect passenger details, deck plan cabin selection, dining time and other special request fields specific to the cruise industry.
Pre-Launch Planning
We will provide you with advise on guest terms and conditions as well as important information on what to expect while onboard to provide to your guests prior to booking. If your event will be for sale we can provide you with advise on retail pricing, forecasting and yield management modelling.
Dedicated Cruise Program Manager
Your Cruise Program Manager will guide you through every phase of planning a cruise event. They will provide you with regular reporting, manage your inventory, liaise with port authorities, help you plan your onboard event schedule and maximize the cost benefit of inclusions on a cruise. They can provide you with quick answers on best practices for planning a cruise event and possible limitations based on experience.
They will create a detailed cruise event operations plan and will work closely with your project team as an extension of your own business. Our Cruise Product Managers have the specialist knowledge to guide you through all of the phases of creating an exceptional cruise event.
Reporting and Inventory Management
Your Cruise Program Manager will provide you with weekly reporting updates on cabins booked/available as well as revenue reports if you are on selling your cruise. They will maintain inventory including loading of inventory by cabin attribution, conduct a weekly audit of bookings and manage all cabins for staff and entertainment. They will send the initial manifest to the cruise line including subsequent amendments to existing bookings, cancellations and new bookings on a regular schedule.
